Gadvala John Gary Linekar

Gadvala John Gary Linekar brings more than 12 years of operational leadership experience to his role as an Executive Member of Holy Trinity Gospel Ministry. His professional journey began as a Process Associate at ProKarma, progressing through leadership responsibilities to become a Team Lead and later an Operational Manager at SIB. Across this journey, he has developed experience in transforming processes, building teams, and improving organisational performance. Beyond his professional career, John has a strong connection with worship ministry, Gospel content, and digital outreach. A guitarist, he has contributed through the SOH (Song of Hope) Band and has been involved in Gospel storytelling and music ministry. Born into a God-fearing family in Hyderabad, his life has been shaped by worship and a desire to serve God. His involvement also extends to supporting daily prayer ministries and Gospel-focused digital content. Through his professional and ministry experiences, John has come to value a definition of success that goes beyond achievement alone—one that brings together professional excellence, service, faith, and purpose.
