Purpose of this website
This website exists to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, offer prayer support, share Scripture and teaching, publish ministry media, receive contact messages, and invite voluntary partnership through donations. It is a ministry platform, not a commercial marketplace for physical goods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting abusive, unlawful, or deceptive content; attempting to disrupt systems; scraping privileged data; or impersonating others.
Accounts
Member registration may require administrator approval. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform integrity.
Content
Ministry content (articles, media metadata, Scripture quotations, and design assets) is provided for personal edification and ministry use as described in our Copyright notice. Third-party embeds (for example YouTube) remain subject to their owners’ terms.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to support ministry work. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that content will meet every personal expectation. Spiritual encouragement is not a substitute for professional advice—see our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Holy Trinity Gospel Ministry and its trustees, volunteers, and operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
