Strength in Weakness

“Tcan do all this through him who gives me strength.”

Philippians 4:13 (NIV)

This verse is often quoted in moments of triumph, but Paul wrote it from a place of hardship. He had learned the secret of contentment — whether in plenty or in want, whether celebrated or forgotten. His strength was not self-generated; it flowed from Christ alone. True strength is not the absence of weakness. It is the presence of God in the midst of it. When we reach the end of our own ability, we discover that His power has no limit. He does not ask us to be strong enough on our own — He asks us to lean into Him. Whatever challenge stands before you today, you do not face it alone. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you. Not because you are extraordinary, but because He is. Let His strength carry what your hands cannot hold.
